Interests
Dr. Reiss is interested in the impact of perception and paradigms on overall health and wellness as well as the psychology of health promotion, dietary choices and physical activity.
Philosophy
Dr. Reiss views herself as something akin to a coach. She provides the foundation or developmental model (material) and both the academic and practical practice; and she then asks the students to perform on exams and demonstrate what they have learned, much like in a sporting event. She is available to assist, encourage and motivate students.
