This page lists courses at the respective Washington state community colleges which satisfy specific math, speech, biology and chemistry requirements for admission to Bastyr University. These are meant as guidelines and are based on the most current available information. Read a current listing of distance learning options through Washington State Community Colleges. Note that science requirements with a lab component may not be taken via distance learning unless specifically approved by an admissions advisor at Bastyr University.

Here is a tip: read your community college's catalog course descriptions closely. They will indicate how the course was formerly numbered.

²Lake Washington Technical College Articulation Agreement: Bastyr University and Lake Washington Technical college currently have an articulation agreement which is designed to allow for maximum transfer of credit and a seamless transition of students earning an associate degree in the fitness specialist/personal trainer program into the Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Wellness.
