The Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree program in California is accredited by the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education (CNME) and the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU). The NWCCU is an institutional accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
The Master of Science in Nutrition for Wellness and both the Bachelor of Science in Integrated Human Biology and in Nutrition & Culinary Arts are accredited by the NWCCU.

The San Diego campus is located at 4106 Sorrento Valley Boulevard in the center of the city's life sciences cluster and approximately 14 miles north of downtown.
It lies within walking distance of the San Diego Coaster commuter train (which connects to more light-rail lines), and is within a short drive of the University of California-San Diego, Scripps Mercy Hospital and the VA San Diego Medical Center.
