Overview

Planning for the Future

Over the past 30 years, Bastyr University has become one of the world's leading academic centers for advancing knowledge in the natural health sciences. For 12 years, Bastyr has been a proud member of the Kenmore community, building relationships with neighbors, St. Edward State Park and the community organizations that make Kenmore a great place to live and work.

In 2008, Bastyr will begin preparing a revised master plan that will outline long-range plans for the university’s future. A master plan is a document that defines the principles by which the physical spaces of the campus are organized.

As we go through this process, we are committed to working closely with our neighbors and the greater Kenmore community in a collaborative process to imagine the possibilities, create innovative solutions and help our campus grow responsibly, with great sensitivity to the care and safety of our environment.

This Web site will serve to provide the public with the latest information about our master plan process.
