The curriculum of the exercise science and wellness program provides students the opportunity to explore how physical health is connected to mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Through the study of human physiology, biomechanics, biochemistry, whole foods nutrition and health psychology, students learn how to promote health on a variety of levels.

Program of Study
Examples of courses: Physiology of Exercise, Anatomy and Physiology, Biomechanics, Biochemistry, Sports Nutrition, Ergogenic Aids, Motor Learning and Development, and Business Practices in Health Promotion.
The Exercise Science programs are two-year bachelor's degree completion programs designed for students with at least 90 transferable quarter credits (60 semester credits).
