Survival is the ultimate focus of our body’s systems in order for us to fulfill our life’s purpose and guarantee procreation/evolution. The heightened state of fight or flight causes the ‘stress cascade’. Understanding the brain as an electric system and understanding the nuclei that are involved with the stress cascade gives us the opportunity to release their static electricity - also known as trauma.

Breema is a practical, truly holistic approach to becoming present by unifying body, mind and feelings. It consists of two body-based components—Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises—and nine universal principles. Practiced fully clothed on a comfortably padded floor, Breema uses natural rhythmic movements that are both nurturing and energizing. Practicing Breema and its principles invites a receptive mind, supportive feelings and a vital body. The workshop is appropriate for health practitioners wishing to apply what they learn with their patients, the public wishing to practice with family members, and anyone wishing to enhance their own self-care.

Are you looking for a simple, effective way to bring sound therapy into your practice and life? This interactive training covers information about relaxation and stress reduction through the application of pairs of tuning forks held at the ears. These techniques are easy to learn and use, have rapid and repeatable effects (some protocols take only three minutes), and are complementary to any other health care modality. Health practitioners may incorporate into their client treatments, as well as use for self-care. The general public may use these techniques with family members or for benefit to their own health.
