I am a 32 yr old, male, landscape designer and homeowner. We are looking for a female roommate who is a good fit with me and Adam, the other housemate. Our friend and roommate Jelina has just moved out and the room will be open in mid august. We prefer to keep a female presence in the house, to keep the energy well balanced. Eventually we plan to bring in a female roommate in to the 4th bedroom as well.

The ideal roommate would be a mature, professional, mellow woman with an active lifestyle and mellow demeanor. She would be clean, Herb friendly, bring minimal drama and contribute to a communal household. We share food and meals and try to look out for each other.

Adam and I are mellow, relatively clean, handy around the house and physically active. We both ski/ride Snoqualmie and Stevens Pass regularly in winter and would love to have a roommate who is enthusiastic about snow sports. I play indoor and outdoor soccer 3 times a week and work at the house during the day. Adam is a carpenter and kayaks and hikes multiple times a week. I spend my downtime working on various projects around the house and have just finished up a recent major remodel. Otherwise, I am found hanging out at home cooking or on short trips with the pup. We both have multiple creative outlets including photography, drawing, construction and design. We keep it Local and Organic as much as possible and eat pretty healthy.

Coho is the resident dog. She is a 6 yr old, sociable black lab mix. She keeps the crows and squirrels at bay and travels with me just about everywhere I go. Dogs negotiable with pet deposit.

House is a 1908 bungalow with some original and some restored character, and it has just finished a major remodel that enlarged the kitchen and added 3 (yes 3 bathrooms).

1 bedroom available, with large closet. New carpet. Shared bath with the other upstairs bedroom and ample common space. East facing window. Washer /dryer. Shared utilities (cable / internet / electric / gas). I cover water, sewer and garbage.

Cooperative intentional living. Currently, we collect all food receipts (personal items subtracted) and split the total cost evenly. Meals are shared, and we make enough for all in the house to eat, usually with leftovers to bring for lunch the following day. Two of our children are off at college so it is just my husband and myself and our 14yr old son (he is very well mannered and respectful).
