This bedroom is in the basement but is by far the largest bedroom in the house and has its own fireplace and two nice sized windows to let in light. The room is carpeted, and will be unfurnished. The bathroom is just up the stairs from the bedroom and shared with one other clean female. This room has no closet, but there is plenty of storage space and a small closet in the adjacent guest room which is empty except for a tanning bed that is unused but completely functional.

The house:

The house has 2 yards, hardwood floors, high ceilings, central heating, new appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and it is totally furnished. We have an enormous deck perfect for sunbathing, a fireplace, carport that fits 2 cars plus another space that is off street, a great kitchen, and 1 dog (a lively min pin). We are open to have another well-behaved dog. There is also lots of yard space and potential for a garden if you've got a green thumb! If you are looking for a house with female students who are quiet, clean and respectful, this is a great central location with easy access to I-5 and the many Seattle neighborhoods. All three of us currently attend Bastyr University in the ND program and are starting our second year. We're looking for another grad student that is understanding of our hours.
