Bastyr University’s Open Campus Education Program Manager is an excellent opportunity to develop new class offerings for continuing, community, certificates and weeklong intensive programing. The job requires a self-motivated, resourceful and individual to manage the day-to-day activities as well as planning and development of the OCE program. The job requires knowledge of higher education, CE’s and community development. Occasional schedule flexibility and minimal local travel required.

Conference Services
Position type: 


Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a faced past setting, preferably in community education or similar field. 

Experience developing and managing educational programing.

Must have strong written and verbal communications skills 

Excellent computer skills with Microsoft office suite and experience working with a database.

Customer Service or quest management experience.

Education:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, weekdays and occasional evenings and weekends. 

Salary: $49,000 annually. This is an exempt position and includes a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental & Vision, 403b plans, Section 125 plans and generous paid time-off.
