Biography
Maribeth Evezich is a functional and culinary nutritionist and Registered Dietitian. A core faculty member at Bastyr University, she teaches both nutrition and culinary arts classes at the undergraduate and graduate levels and specializes in food as medicine concepts. In addition, she has taught culinary nutrition public for PCC Markets, Natural Gourmet Institute and corporate wellness programs.
Maribeth has over a dozen years of experience in the functional medicine arena. Her experience ranges from training students and clinicians to helping developing lifestyle medicine programs. Blending her business background with her nutrition expertise, she is the founder and owner of Lifestyle Medicine Consulting, LLC, providing services to health and wellness industry clients.
Maribeth received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puget Sound, a Masters in Business Administration MBA Portland State University, Masters of Science from Bastyr University and Chef Training Certification from Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts.
