Past Experience

I am a nonprofit executive with over two decades of results-driven leadership that spans the corporate, nonprofit, medical, and small business ownership sectors. My work experiences have provided me the opportunity to develop a diverse and varied skill set in the areas of small business ownership, organizational management and leadership, project management, staff development, program management and development.  I have also been a guest lecturer in Master’s programs and a conference speaker, and served on various task-forces and advisory groups. 

My areas of expertise include: public health, leadership training and development, program development and management, maternal child health systems, early learning education, community-based practice, child development, project management, equity and social justice leadership, staff supervision and development, budget development and monitoring.
