Whole Foods Production, Chef’s Pantry 1 and 2, Cultural Perspectives on Food, Lifestyle Nutrition, Culinary Skills 1, Therapeutic Cooking I and Quantity Food Production.


Patrice believes that eating well not only entails good nutrition but also requires us to experience food through our senses, through cultural connections, cooking and fully understanding our food system. Sharing her passion for good food enables her to connect with others and contribute to a healthier, happier society.
