Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust sweetness to your liking. Enjoy your Dandelion Maca "Mocha"
Variations: For a peppermint mocha, add 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract. For a warm spiced variation, add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of cayenne.
*coconut cream is the rich solids that separate from the liquid in a can of full-fat coconut milk. Refrigerating the can before using helps to separate the two layers so you can easily scoop the cream off of the top. You can also find cans of just coconut cream at some grocery stores (try Trader Joe's).
