Green Pea Pesto


1 cup
frozen peas, thawed
4 clove
1⁄4 cup
pine nuts
1 tsp
1⁄4 tsp
black pepper
1⁄3 cup
olive oil


In a food processor, pulse together peas, garlic, pine nuts, salt and pepper. With the machine running, slowly add in olive oil and pulse until well blended (1-2 minutes). Season with salt and pepper if needed.

Green Pea Pesto in a jar garnished with green peas and basil.
