Bastyr University has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Admissions Recruitment at our campus in Kenmore, Washington.
The Director of Admissions Recruitment provides direction and oversight to the Admissions Advisors in implementing a successful admissions recruitment model. The Director is responsible for the development of strategies to attract, recruit, and enroll a qualified, talented, and diverse student body in a manner that supports the University’s recruitment, admissions, and retention goals developed with the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management.
The Director is responsible for monitoring, increasing and optimizing advisor activities with prospective students, ensuring high activity levels and successful productivity rates through use of the University’s CRM platform as well as manage the teams travel outreach strategy. Should be an advocate for the natural health professions, and for higher education in general. Seasonal national travel required.
The Director sets the example of an outstanding admissions advisor and an excellent recruiter who makes connections with prospective students. The Director is responsible for advising in any program when needed and for providing training, encouragement and inspiration.
What you will bring:
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday position. Salary DOE (range is $70,000 - $75,000) + comprehensive benefits package.
