Candidates must have previously worked in a medical setting where excellent customer service is a priority. Needs to be reliable, self-motivated, enjoy working with people, handle stressful situations in a professional manner, and be detail oriented and punctual. Our front desk staff schedule for over 12 departments, so this person must be able to multi-task, interface with multiple computer programs and work under time pressure in an extremely busy clinic environment. Familiarity with Natural Medicine is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; College or post high school training desired. Must have excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Strong computer skills are mandatory for this position with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Staff work in multiple programs at the same time. Must possess familiarity with Practice Management software (EPIC preferred).
