End of Summer Peach and Tomato Salad

Published
This refreshing salad highlights the sweetness of ripe peaches paired with juicy tomatoes for a perfect balance of sweet and savory, truly summer on a plate.
Health Tip: Tomatoes are rich in lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that supports heart health and may help reduce inflammation. Peaches bring fiber, vitamins A and C, and natural sweetness, making this salad as nourishing as it is delicious. Pairing them with a healthy fat like olive oil in the vinaigrette also boosts absorption of these nutrients.
