Spend a week at Bastyr University studying strategies designed to improve PD outcomes. Rescheduled from Summer 2021

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: Before registering, please note that due to the intensive and communal nature of this program, and because the majority of our partipants are considered "high-risk" for the virus, we are requiring ALL partipants, partners, students, staff and faculty to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to arriving on campus at Basyr University. Proof of vaccination will be required no later than March 14, 2022. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the individual not being allowed on campus. No refunds will be given.

NOTE: This is a rescheduled event (originally scheduled for Summer 2021). New dates for PD Spring Break: March 27-April 1, 2022

Why Attend PD School?

  • Data driven: Strategies will be biological plausible and supported by the published, peer-reviewed literature.
  • Translational: Moving from the lab to PwP.
  • Pragmatic: Immediately relevant to PwP, go home with real-world solutions.
  • Patient-centered: Recommendations catered to your priorities/symptoms/situation.
  • Integrative: We'll provide you with a copy of our suggestions to your physicians detailing the strategies, along with explanations

Lab Work

PD School partipants are asked to complete a series of lab testing for Dr. Mischley and her team to evaluate and provide recommendations tailored to each individual's needs. Lab work is included in the course fee and is non-refundable once kits are mailed out.

IMPORTANT NOTE: International participants and participants from Alaska, Louisiana, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island should contact us before registering. The lab processes are different for these areas. Please call 425-602-3295 or email
