Zero Balancing (ZB) is an innovative, holistic and powerful hands-on method for integrating the body’s energy and structure. ZB integrates Western concepts of anatomy with Eastern principles of energy flow through the bones and joints of the body.

March 6-8, 2020
Friday: 1:00PM-8:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
23 CEU/CME/PDA
Prerequisite: Participants must be a licensed to touch healthcare provider

Description: Zero Balancing (ZB) is effective at relieving a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, as well as reducing pain and inducing a deep state of relaxation. Over time, ZB sessions can change long held patterns of behavior and function, at physical and mental levels, and remove obstacles to the expression of inner wellness. Zero Balancing can help one feel stable, grounded, clear, connected, happy, relaxed, energized, youthful, and more deeply oneself. Old traumas, injuries and issues are released at the deepest layer of the body/mind - the bones.

This is the first course of the Core Zero Balancing curriculum and introduces the intellectual and practical framework of the art and science of Zero Balancing. Instructors provide a detailed study guide, clear presentations, and demonstrations of Zero Balancing. In practice sessions, students experience both how to perform Zero Balancing and how Zero Balancing feels to receive.

You will learn

  • The basic Zero Balancing protocol
  • Theory and principles of ZB
  • To distinguish body energy and body structure through touch
  • The skill of using energy as a working tool
  • The energetic anatomy of the skeleton
  • The theory and application of fulcrums
  • How to give a ZB session

  1. Define Zero Balancing and the theory of Light.
