Guest Guidelines

While your guests are welcome to take photos and videos during the ceremony, we will have a professional photographer and videographer documenting the ceremony.  be mindful of the following guidelines:

• No Balloons, Confetti, or Air Horns: These items are not permitted in the building to ensure the ceremony remains respectful for all attendees.

• Stay Off the Stage: For safety reasons, guests are not allowed on stage during the ceremony.

Commencement Venue: Benaroya Hall

• Address: 200 University Street, Seattle, WA 98101

• Parking: Limited underground paid parking is available on-site. Additional parking options are available in nearby lots.

• Public Transit: Accessible via Sound Transit's University Street Station and several bus routes.

Parking: Free and paid parking options are available throughout the Liberty Station area. Please allow extra time for parking and walking to the venue.

Public Transit: Accessible via MTS bus routes and convenient rideshare drop-off locations near Dewey Road.

About the Venue:
Liberty Station, a former naval training center dating back to the 1920s, has been transformed into a vibrant arts and culture district. Located in San Diego’s Point Loma neighborhood, it features museums, art studios, a bustling food hall, shops, and more—making it a unique and memorable setting for this special occasion.
