12-week format from September 22, 2021 to December 15, 2021 on Wednesday evenings from 6pm-9:30pm taught by senior instructor, Laurie Levy. (No classes Nov 25, Dec 1) This course is perfect for people who prefer learning in shorter classes over a longer period and want to learn with a close cohort of students and can complete up to 4 hours of flipped content between classes. This virtual workshop will consist of the same DONA approved curriculum as the traditional 4 day intensive but offers a more spread out schedule for people who want more time to digest the material. This course is perfect for people who want to complete their workshop in the quickest format. Must be able to complete 4 hours of pre-workshop modules before the course begins and up to 4 hours of flipped content between the first and second weekend of class. Did you know that you (the general public) can take many of the University's regular academic courses, assuming extra seats are available and you have the required prerequisites?

You can either audit classes or take them for credit. These 11-week classes, usually held on weekdays, are available in the nutrition, culinary arts, exercise science, health psychology and herbal sciences programs.
