Bastyr University, a private regionally accredited institution, is accepting applications for a full-time core faculty position at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor position in the School of Naturopathic Medicine at its San Diego California campus. The San Diego campus is located 20 minutes north of downtown San Diego.
A successful candidate for the position will contribute to the teaching mission of the program in the didactic and clinical components of the curriculum as well as to scholarship and service. Although this is primarily a teaching position, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to collaborate with current faculty in interdisciplinary research that focuses on the development and evaluation of principles and practices of natural, integrative, and complementary medicine.
Candidate must have an ND degree and experience with electronic health records. Candidate must either be licensed as a Naturopathic Doctor in the state of California or be able to obtain a license by September 1, 2019.
Preferred Qualifications: Candidate will have at least three years of teaching in higher education and 3 years of clinical practice experience. Experience with Epic is preferred.
