Bastyr University Announces 43rd Class of Graduates

Ceremonies Celebrate Accomplishments of Students in Seattle and San Diego.
[KENMORE, WA] Bastyr University, the nation’s leading and largest academic center for natural health arts and sciences, celebrates the graduation of 203 students between its two campuses. Ceremonies are held Monday, June 24 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Benaroya Hall in Seattle, and Friday, June 28 from 1 – 3 p.m. at Liberty Station in San Diego.
“Bastyr University celebrates the class of 2024 and North America’s newest leaders in the natural health arts and sciences who are transforming the health of the human community for the better,” said Bastyr University President Dr. Devin Byrd.
Bastyr University’s naturopathic doctorate program saw increases in enrollment at its San Diego campus and the university continues to see interest grow in the natural health arts and sciences. Bastyr University faculty and leaders are proud to award the following degrees to the class of 2024.*
- 75 naturopathic doctorates
- 54 master’s degrees in nutrition
- 32 master’s degrees in counseling and health psychology
- 25 undergraduate degrees in natural health arts and sciences
- 18 doctorate and master’s degrees in acupuncture
- 8 midwifery degrees
- 3 master’s degrees in public health
In 2024, Bastyr University expanded its presence with new online programs in Exercise Science and Nutrition, and was awarded $1M federal grant to improve access to Midwifery programs for students from traditionally marginalized communities.
