Bastyr University is participating in #GivingTuesday, a global generosity movement, on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.
Join us as we raise vital funds for research at Bastyr University, digging deeper to find treatment answers for those dealing with chronic illness. Dollars raised will support research conducted in conjunction with Dr. Joe Pizzorno, ND, one of Bastyr University's founders. The study hypothesis is that a reduction in exposures to commonly found environmental toxins can reduce harm to the pancreas and thus reduce clinical signs and symptoms of type 2 diabetes. This is an innovative approach to this disease condition and very much in keeping with the principles of naturopathic medicine -- reducing harmful substances that we come in contact with on a daily basis in order to improve wellness. Read the case statement here.
Make a gift on the 3rd in support of this critical environmental toxicity and disease research at Bastyr University!
