As part of this ongoing effort, Meredith is partnering with the Bastyr Center for Natural Health on a pilot program to give Seattle-based employees on-site healthy-living seminars, discounts on select Bastyr services and access to natural health resources.
Established over 35 years ago, the Bastyr Center for Natural Health is the largest natural health clinic in the Pacific Northwest, receiving up to 35,000 patient visits a year. Bastyr practices a whole-person philosophy and approach to helping patients resolve chronic health problems and/or support a healthy lifestyle to help prevent illness. The clinic offers many health care services and treatments, including naturopathic medicine, nutrition, acupuncture, counseling, homeopathy and ayurvedic medicine. Through a series of informative sessions on heart health and diabetes, office ergonomics, exercise and more, Meredith is bringing Bastyr’s extensive knowledge of natural health to employees at its Seattle offices.
